I tend to be easygoing and get along with almost everyone. Looking for nice and quiet-ish people to rent the basement apartment of my house. Hope to find people who would enjoy relaxing on the patio with friends, love my very sweet/loving dog, and be happy to live so close to Liberty Park. Rent is $1,700/month + $250/utilities for utilities (Google Fiber with own WIFI Router) The application fee is only for the amount Rentler wants. I won't collect an application fee for me.
