LEASE TERMS:

1 Year Lease - Rent - $2,800
Deposit - 1 month
Tenant pays Gas, Electric, which are metered individually.
Tenant(s) pays for Water, flat rate of $100 per month. Tenant(s) pay for trash $87.71 per month
Wifi is the tenants responsibility.
Gas and electricity to be put under tenants name prior to move in.

Pet friendly with a deposit of $300, Pet rent $50.
No aggressive breeds, under 25lb, 2 pet limit.
NO SMOKING of any kind allowed inside of the unit, on the property grounds.
Smoking is only allowed 100 ft from the property line.

Renter's insurance is required.
