These unfurnished homes feature fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel/newer white appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Each unit also includes an in-unit washer and dryer hook ups for your convenience. as well as on-site coin washers and dryers, water, sewer and pest control included in monthly rent, a community pool and tanning deck and screened in back porch with extra storage closet. Kitchen will be fully equipped with garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator and electric range. Casablanca West is a quiet community located right by campus, hospitals and convenient to shopping, restaurants and bus #9.

Terms and Rent Details:
- Application Fee: $40 per adult; 18yo+
- Security Deposit: $500

- For pets under 1 year old: A refundable deposit of $250, plus a non-refundable $150 pet fee, totaling $400.
- For pets 1 year or older: A refundable deposit of $150, plus a non-refundable $150 pet fee, totaling $300.
- Monthly Pet rent : $25pp

Qualifications for Residency:
To qualify for residency, you will need a monthly household income of at least three times the rent, a credit score of 600 or higher, and must pass a background check. Any prior evictions or landlord claims may disqualify you.
