The kitchen has a large refrigerator, an oven with an electric range top. On the other side there is a large countertop with room for stools on the opposite side.

The living room has space for a couch, I am open to adding or removing shelfing, or installing a T.V. mount, based on your needs.

The bathroom has a brand-new vanity. We also put in new doors on the bathroom and bedroom for added privacy.

The bedroom has a new floor and is huge with plenty of room for a desk and a bed, as well as a closet for storage.

Outside there is private parking and a large fenced in yard with a beautiful patio space. There are planters and lots of room for patio furniture, a fire pit, a shed, or a canopy. There is also a washer and dryer outside in the utility closet.
