Units are held for up to 14 days. Applicants must select a lease start date within 14 days of unit availability, or the application will be disqualified.

Pricing for all unit's listed is for a 12-month lease.

The Goose Hollow Tower is a high-rise located in the Goose Hollow neighborhood, only a 15-minute walk from the Portland State campus. Rent is offered at a lower rate than area housing and comes with amenities such as a community space for studying events, and on-site Community Assistant staff who respond to after-hours needs.
