One pet is welcome with a $300 nonrefundable pet fee and increased monthly rent of $35 for a cat or $50 for a dog. Additional pets may be allowed for additional fees.

Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $40 each and nonrefundable. Full background check, criminal check, and eviction history search required. Total monthly income should exceed $4,185 and credit score should be above 630.
