We require all of our residents to have a good previous landlord reference, no recent evictions, nor can you currently owe a previous landlord money. The rent must be at least a third of your total household income (Rent x's 3 = your monthly income). We do run a credit check and background check. The minimum credit score requirement is 600. If you do not meet this requirement, you may be asked to pay a first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit in order to move in.
