Nestled on 12 acres of lush greenery in a peaceful residential setting, The Hammond Apartment Homes provide a serene retreat for you and your pets while offering convenient access to downtown Knoxville, Karns, North Knoxville, West Knoxville, Oak Ridge, the University of Tennessee, South College, shopping, dining, Knoxville’s greenways, and city and county parks.

We are a pet-friendly community, and dog owners will love our on-site dog park! Our amenities include a sparkling saltwater pool, four on-site laundry facilities, and a 24/7 fitness center.

We are now pre-leasing our beautifully remodeled two-bedroom townhomes, featuring washer/dryer connections. Please note that while this unit is fully renovated, flooring, countertops, and cabinetry selections may vary slightly between homes.

Once approved, you simply pay the move-in fee, and the townhome is yours (additional fees and rent due at move-in). Virtual and in-person tours are available by appointment Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Please contact us to schedule a time that works for you.
