Welcome to The Art House on Adams - cozy, well-designed spaces for big living in the Heart of Downtown Ogden. The Art House is a newly renovated 100+year old home that offers five artsy, one-bedroom apartments walkable to all the best restaurants and happenings in this awesome mountain town!

Unit 5 details:
- Cozy, clean 250 sq ft upstairs unit with kitchenette.
- Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. $75 of the deposit is nonrefundable.
- $50/mo for common utilities (gas, water, sewer and trash)
- Resident sets up their own electric and internet service, and must have a Renters Insurance policy through duration of lease.
- Move in with 1st month’s rent and utilities plus security deposit
- Resident provides own window AC
- Central heat kept at balanced temperature for whole building in winter
- Laundry available on site!

For the peace and privacy of current tenants, showings are by appointment only. Showing up without an appointment will disqualify application from being considered.

$55 background fee for each applicant.

Minimum standards:

– At least 640 credit score
– Proof of Income at least 2.5 times the rent
– No previous evictions
– No criminal background
– Positive references from all previous landlords for the last 5 years
– No smoking or vaping
– Lease Term: 12 Months

About the apartment home:

This home was built in 1896 and has seen many styles through the years! It was split into apartments a few decades ago like many of the historical homes in the area. A lot of the original charm of the house has been preserved, and it gained some artistic flair in the 2021 renovation. Some creaks and squeaks remain and you may occasionally hear other Art House Residents due to the entire house being on one shared vent system. During the winter, the furnace is set to an overall balanced temperature for the building. Residents supply their own window AC.

We are looking for a tidy, kind, drama-free Resident. In order for this to be a place for all to truly call a comfortable home, Residents are asked to keep noise at a considerate level during the day and to a minimum during nighttime quiet hours.

About the neighborhood:

Our street is an up-and-coming neighborhood. Almost every house on this block has been or is in the process of being renovated. The Nine Rails Creative District is the newest addition to Ogden's rich history. Check out The Monarch and Dumke Plaza on your walk down 25th street!
