<p><strong>Pet Policy</strong></p><p>We welcome responsible pet owners and understand that pets are part of the family. To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all residents, please review our pet policy below:</p><p><strong>One-Time Pet Fee (Non-Refundable)</strong></p><ul><li>A <strong>one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250</strong> is required per pet at move-in.</li><li> This fee covers general wear, tear, and sanitation related to housing pets.</li></ul><p><strong>Monthly Pet Rent</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Pets under 75 lbs</strong>: $25/month</li><li><strong>Pets 75 lbs and over</strong> (considered large breed): $45/month</li></ul><p><strong>Pet Guidelines</strong></p><ul><li>All pets must be <strong>approved prior to move-in</strong> and included in your lease agreement.</li><li><strong>Aggressive breeds or exotic animals</strong> may be restricted at management’s discretion.</li><li>Pets must be <strong>house-trained</strong>, current on <strong>vaccinations</strong>, and <strong>kept under control</strong> at all times.</li><li>Owners must clean up after pets and prevent excessive noise or damage.</li><li>Any pet-related damages beyond normal wear may be deducted from the general security deposit.</li></ul><p><strong>How to Register Your Pet</strong></p><p>Once approved, we will send a <strong>pet addendum</strong> through TenantCloud as part of your digital lease package. All documentation and fees must be submitted before move-in.</p>
