• We require photos of all owners and residents.
• If you list anyone as your property manager, he/ she will also need to provide a photo.
• The Association requires a owner and tenant registration form completed.
• All residents and property managers are required to have an orientation.
• If you will never be occupying the unit and you have assigned a property management company for you unit, they will need to thoroughly understand the Rules.
• The Association will need the owner to provide instructions on what authority the management company has on the owner's behalf.
