Refundable cleaning deposit of $400. For approved pets, a refundable pet deposit will apply. Refundable Pet deposits generally start at $300 per pet and may vary based on factors such as breed, size, age, and other relevant considerations. Renters responsible for all major utilities. We also offer security deposit plans for those that qualify.

Fine Tuned Properties does not charge an application fee. However, a $70 background screening fee per adult applicant will be due prior to final approval, at the end stage of the application process. For questions regarding fees or terms, please contact our office directly.
