Application Requirements
To apply, please provide the following for each adult occupant (18 years or older):
• Completed rental application
• $45 non-refundable screening fee per applicant (receipt provided upon request)
• Gross household income of at least 2.5× the monthly rent, including all lawful sources such as wages, salaries, and rental assistance programs (e.g., Section 8 vouchers)
• Last 3 pay stubs and bank statements (self-employed: last 2 years of tax returns and 2 most recent months of bank statements)
• Government-issued photo ID
• Landlord and employment references
• Credit, rental, and background screening
• Applicants must have no outstanding or unresolved rent or utility balances with prior landlords or utility providers
