• $45 screening fee per applicant age 18+
• Gross household income of at least 2.5× the monthly rent, (including all lawful income sources)
• Last 3 pay stubs (self-employed: last 2 years tax returns and 2 months bank statements)
• Government-issued photo ID
• Landlord and employment references
• Outstanding collection accounts may affect eligibility.
