The kitchen has a coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, full sized fridge, and comes with dishes and cutlery/utensils, pots and pans. The living room has a pull out couch that also sleeps 2. The bathroom, as well as the whole property, has been recently updated and remodeled. There is a hot tub and bar area outside as well as a concrete pad with an outdoor seating set. RENTER MUST MAINTAIN HOT TUB AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SNOW REMOVAL (hot tub chlorine and shovels to remove show are provided).


This home comes fully furnished with 2 queen beds, a couch that pulls out to a bed and a loft that has a twin floor mattress bed and can be used as sleeping space or storage. The neighborhood is generally quiet. Traffic is usually light, if any, in this part of Big Bear. It is within walking distance to Erwin Lake's Bark Park Dog Park, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. This property is about 15-20 mins away from downtown which is filled with shops and restaurants. It is also about 15-20 minutes to Snow Summit, Bear Mountain ski resort and Big Bear Lake.
