We look for credit scores above 700, previous 24 months of verifiable positive rental history (including ledger of payments and tenant verification form returned), and income of approximately 3 times gross or 2.5 net of the monthly rent (qualifications can vary depending on the amount of adults applying). We do not take cosigners or guarantors. The owner can override any of our criteria.
