The rates shown on our Rent List are DISCOUNTED and based on agreements with start and end dates that fall just short of a full year. Pursuant to County Code, you and your group have the option to sign either the shorter DISCOUNTED term agreement at the published rate, OR a full 1 year (365 day) term.
