Maxime is French, very French, but in a good way you know, and works in business development, loves to cook, go out for a drink, and explore all that LA has to offer. About the space: The house, a remodeled light-filled Spanish modern set in the hills of Echo Park/Silver, is a hidden gem. Enter into an open concept living, dining and kitchen with high ceilings and breathtaking views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, the hills and flats below, all in great view from both of the upstairs balconies. A main floor bedroom (Susana's room) & bath lead past the laundry area to a bright back of house family room with vaulted ceilings and wooden accented windows, inviting the lush, shaded backyard inside. The sunsets are spectacular. The new kitchen has been updated with high-end appliances. On the lower level you will find the primary bedroom and bath (my room), a private side yard patio/entrance, two additional bedrooms (Maxime and maybe your room), plus an additional bathroom. The house has a Tesla solar system helping us beat the skyrocketing rising utility costs. The house comes fully stocked and furnished (except for your room if you want it unfurnished).
