7. No history of unlawful detainer/eviction, no felony, no bankruptcy, no history of crimes against another person, no drug convictions.
8. No past due balances from utility providers.  (Proposed tenant must possess the ability to secure utility accounts in own name(s) at/prior to move-in)
9. Length at present employment: minimum 2 years
