Everything included for the perfect stay - just bring your suitcase and sunscreen. One king bed, plus one queen bed. In-unit laundry, and two under ground parking spaces. One month minimum stay required - three months preferred. Condo includes utilities*, streaming TV's, and WIFI. Owner pays SDGE cap of $100/mo. All rent is prepaid. Rent and security deposit vary depending on months stayed and length of stay. June-August are $6500/mo. $275 cleaning fee, plus $100 reservation fee. Call for availability. Pricing for 2027 will increase by $150 per month.
