1 Studio Unit: 473 SF. It will be available by 07/25/2022 and the Rent is $ 1,600.00 (Second Floor)
All appliances included except the refrigerator.
Utilities for water, electricity, and trash at a flat rate of $ 50.00. The tenant needs to make a contract for the TV Cable and Internet. The provider for TV and Internet in this building is Spectrum.
Security Deposit One month's rent.
For a Month to Month Lease, an additional $ 150 over the monthly rent.
Pet Security Deposit $ 300 for each pet
Pet Monthly Rent $ 50.00 for each pet
Storage Monthly Rent $ 50.00 (optional)
