RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED. As a condition of tenancy, Tenant shall obtain and maintain renters insurance for the entire term of occupancy at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Coverage must include personal property and personal liability coverage.

TENANT RESPONSIBILITY / LIABILITY. Tenant is responsible for Tenant’s own acts and omissions and those of Tenant’s occupants, guests, and invitees, including damage to the premises and injuries arising from Tenant’s use or occupancy of the property.
