Lease Terms: One-year minimum lease. Monthly rent is $1,695 plus a security deposit. The screening fee is $40 for each adult occupant age 18 or older. Credit, criminal background, eviction history, income, and rental references will be reviewed. A minimum credit score of 625 is required. A well-qualified co-signer may be considered when an applicant is close to meeting the requirements.

Small to midsize pets may be considered, subject to approval, pet screening, applicable pet fees, and monthly pet rent. All pets and assistance animals must complete the required screening process. Pets are $25 each per month and there is an additional $300 nonrefundable pet move-in fee.
