Available November 1, 2026 through January 25, 2027 only. Monthly rent is $1,650. Total rent for the three-month term is $4,950. The rental term cannot be extended beyond January 31 because the property has previously scheduled reservations. A $500 reservation payment is required within 24 hours of approval to hold the rental and will be credited toward the first month’s rent. Once the rental agreement is signed, the reservation payment is nonrefundable if the renter cancels or fails to take occupancy.
