Bedrooms:
Bedroom A: Queen bed, dresser, lamp, desk, cube shelving, and mirror
Bedroom B: Queen bed, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, and a desk
Bedroom C: King bed, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, and a dresser
Bedroom D: Queen bed desk, and night stand


In order to reserve the property, the following would be required:
1) Each tenant and co-signer fill out and submit a credit/criminal background check application. The cost is $60/person. *If you have your credit frozen, please un-freeze it so we can run a credit check. If you fail to do so, an additional application fee will be applied.
2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.

4) Deposits due at lease signing (in total, not per person):
Refundable Security Deposit: $700/person
Non-refundable Redecoration Fee: $300/person
Air Filter Fee: Equal to $10/month for the length of the lease due at lease signing (Equal to $30/person)
