- Credit score > 700
- Will require double deposit

Co-Signers are NOT Accepted Under the Following Circumstances:
- Applicant has a landlord/evictions record in the past 10 years
- Applicant has a felony in the past 10 years
- Applicant has a bankruptcy record in the past 10 years
