There is a cleaning move-out fee of $275. Security deposit and monthly rental fee is upon approved credit. Price may be subject to change depending on credit.

Damage deposit is refundable based off of quality of home at move-out. Tenants are responsible for utilities and Application Fee per person age 21+ to process a credit check and background check with Rentler as well as a criminal background check with the LeClare HOA (Home Owner's Association) office directly. HOA Criminal Background fee is $100/person for applicants ages 21+. Fee will be paid directly with the HOA office.
