The home is in a quiet neighborhood but a short golf cart ride to the squares of Spanish Springs or Sumter Landing. Tenant is responsible for rent plus 7% Florida transient tax, $50 Village ID fee, $200 non-refundable cleaning fee, $500 security deposit, which will be refunded if the home is left in the same condition as found and the garage door opener and electronic gate pass are returned. There are two screened lanais (one in the front and one in the rear) and a very private backyard with a tall wall obscuring the view of neighbors behind you.
