Water supply: The property uses water from a private well with a state-of-the-art filtration system. While the filtration system is designed to provide a comfortable water experience, the water may differ slightly from municipally treated water. Pack 'N Plays and strollers: Available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please provide at least 1 day's notice to ensure delivery before arrival. Security deposit: A $750 refundable security deposit is required for stays of 30 nights or more. Linens and starter supplies: Linens are provided, along with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, and laundry pods. These supplies are not replenished during your stay, so please plan to bring additional supplies as needed. Booking requirements: Guests must be at least 24 years old to book.
