Utility Policies: - Landlord sets up and bills back to the resident for common area electric, water, sewer, and trash at a flat fee. - Residents are responsible for setting up MidAmerican Electricity & Gas, cable, and internet services as desired. Amenities: - Enjoy the pet-friendly environment with no breed restrictions. - Limit of 2 pets per household, including dogs, cats, small aquariums (10 gallons or less), tanks (10 gallons or less), and caged animals like hamsters, ferrets, and rabbits. - A $250 non-refundable pet fee per household and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet apply.
