Graduate-only, Fully Furnished Home Near IU

I'm looking for two roommates to share a fully furnished house in Bloomington, IN. I'm a PhD student and I'm specifically looking to live with other graduate or professional students (PhD, Master's, MD, JD, or similar). 

The house is fully furnished, including the bedrooms, and has a modern, open kitchen and living area with updated finishes. Common areas include a large kitchen island, dining space, and comfortable living room. 

The house is within easy driving distance of campus and close to multiple bus stops, making commuting to IU straightforward without needing to rely on parking.

Utilities are split among roommates and typically run ~80$-120$ per person per month, depending on season and usage.

Parking is excellent, with a private two-car garage as well as ample street parking available.

I have a friendly Saint Bernard, so roommates must be comfortable living with a large dog. Additional pets are welcome so long as they are friendly with dogs and people. 

This is a quiet, respectful household and a good fit for graduate students who value a clean space, clear communication, and a calm environment.
