The landlord provides a stove/oven and refrigerator, but tenants must supply their own window A/C unit during the warmer months. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The landlord is responsible for maintaining the yard.

Renter's insurance is required. To sign the lease, the first month's rent plus a security deposit is necessary. The minimum lease term is one year. Small pets are welcome, subject to a non-refundable pet deposit of $200.00, as well as a monthly non-refundable fee of $25.00.
