Furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bath  home 20 minutes from META.  Includes gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, central air/heat, covered patio, furnishings, water/sewer and lawn care.  Tenant does not have access to storage building in back yard.  One small dog or one cat allowed with owner approval and a $350 non-refundable pet fee.   No smoking.  No Section 8.
