The front room has a sleeper sofa for out of town guests to visit when they come to visit. Only 5 blocks to the local music scene and 6 blocks to the heart of the French Quarter. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The location is very bike-friendly to the Bywater, the Marigny, and the French Quarter so you can honestly do everything a local and/or tourist can do on a bike (fairly common for people in this area to commute via bike or by foot due (during the day) to the central location). However, there is street parking if you have a car! Fully furnished with utilities + Internet included in the price. Pets are welcome we accept small to medium size dogs. Cats are welcome for an additional fee.

Small Dogs Allowed. This is a dog-friendly home with prior notice on a case by case basis and $150 non-refundable pet fee per dog . Dogs must be current on vaccinations and on flea prevention.They must be completely cleaned up after. Must be fully house trained, on a leash at all times, and crated indoors when not home with the pet. If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made. No pets allowed on the furniture. No pets should be left in the backyard unattended.
