We mow all the yards currently but once yards are fenced you will either need to mow your yard or we can mow for you for 20.00 each time yard needs to be mowed. Routine inspections and maintenance every 3 months. Background and credit check required. Lenient on credit score. Income must be 2.5 times the rent so about 3250 a month.
