Thank you for your interest in Manitou Woods. Located at 1021 Manitou Drive in Traverse City, our community offers a variety of thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom townhomes. Each unit features a private entrance, washer/dryer hookups, and spacious layouts to provide residents with both comfort and convenience.

We are pleased to share that a 2-bedroom, 1-bath townhome will be available in December 2025. In addition, we are still accepting applications from qualified individuals for future openings and maintain a waitlist. If you would like to be considered as a potential resident, please complete the general application.
