- Income - 6-12 months job history & must also make 2 times the monthly rent.
- Credit screening. Based on case by case
UTILITIES:
-Landlord pays heat, water, garbage
-Tenant pays electric and cable/internet

PETS ($250 one time fee):

- dogs (small under 25 pounds)

LEASE TERMS:
- Rental deposit is 1 months rent.
- Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
- Late fee is 8% after the 5th of the month.
- We offer 12-18 month initial lease terms.
- Month to month leases available with added fee after initial lease.
- Renters insurance is required.
- Tenant is required to pay rent and submit maintenance requests on online portal.
- Application fee is $40
