Rental history is taken into account - applicant must have no outstanding debt to previous landlords or past evictions/unlawful detainers within the last 3 years. 5. False information on application may result in rejection of applicant. 6. Applicant to be at least 18 years of age. 7. A co-signor may be acceptable as additional support if income requirements are not met and/or applicant has credit issues. The co-signor must complete an application and meet above criteria.
