This seventh-floor studio apartment is in the historic Fremont Apartments. The rental price includes a gas range, frost-free refrigerator, heat, air conditioning, and all utilities except internet.

This particular apartment is on the seventh floor, with northern and eastern exposures. It has a huge walk-in closet, and a dressing room with more storage space. Both rooms have electric, if you want to put the refrigerator in one of those rooms.

The Fremont has a laundry room in its basement. For an additional fee, a numbered parking space may be available on a lot adjacent to the building; you're welcome to ask.

You may not need a car to live here! The location is served by two bus lines, each with direct connection to Metrolink. The Fremont is within walking distance of SLU, City Foundry, Cortex and IKEA. Across the street is a major supermarket. Dining, coffee houses, and first-run movie theaters are within easy walking or biking distance.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

Please note that there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to your personal possessions.
