This studio apartment is in the historic Fremont Apartments, one block west of St. Louis University and three short blocks from Cortex. The rental price includes a gas range, frost-free refrigerator, heat, air conditioning and all utilities except internet.

Electric has been updated throughout the apartment. This particular apartment has a large dressing room with an electric outlet. The refrigerator could be placed here, or the dressing room could be used as a small office. This building has a laundry room in its basement. For an additional fee, parking may be available on a lot adjacent to the building (please ask).

You may not need a car to live here. Across the street is a major supermarket, with two other supermarkets within walking distance. Walk to St. Louis University, Cortex, IKEA, City Foundry, Grand Center and the heart of the Central West End. Dining, coffee houses, shopping and movie theaters are within easy walking or biking distance. Public transit is right outside the front door, with direct connection to Metrolink.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

If you don't have your own renter's insurance, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental or unintentional damages to the premises, but not to your personal possessions.
