The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed for both the foodie who loves to cook and the guest who is heating up leftovers from one of the many local restaurants, most of which are within 1/2 of a mile, including the best restaurant in the area, Island Grill, which is just next door.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, so the unit can sleep 6. There is a full bathroom with a shower in the primary bedroom, and the full bath off of the living room has a tub/shower enclosure.

The beach is literally just steps away. Step out on the balcony, walk down the stairs, go to the end of Money Island Drive (150ft), turn right on Glenn Street and go another 50' and the state beach access is right there. The beach is wide and inviting, with white sand and teal water that evokes scenes from the Caribbean. You can see the water from the full balcony that runs across the front of the house.
