The first floor has the third bedroom, a full bathroom, and access to the fenced backyard and patio right on the lake. Kayaking on the lake is allowed. There are two kayaks that are available, included in the rental of the unit.

It is 2 miles to the heart of the Beaufort waterfront, easily accessed on a bike, the gold cart, or a car. Beaufort has lots of great restaurants and shops and there are always festivals and other activities in this great little town.
