Stonecrop is located in the heart of downtown Chapel Hill. You will experience a sense of belonging to the Carolina community at our apartments. Rent includes water/sewer and electricity. Each apartment also receives one parking space in the deck.

Parking: There is only one space for each unit regardless of bedroom numbers. But there are alternative parking solutions. Tenants can possibly rent another space 3 blocks away, or get a town street permit $25 a year) with a signed lease. Tenants can also park right below the building, across the street at the public parking lot. This lot is free between 6PM-8AM.

Because of the great location, most tenants just walk, bike or take the buses everywhere, and save on gas.
