I am seeking a responsible person, this is an owner occupied property, it is a duplex so the owner lives next door and is easy to get along with and respectable, quiet and clean. It is perfect for an older person because there are not many stairs to climb or for a professional. I am seeking a long-term tenant. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is located on a dead end street. Please be patient as I have to screen the responses to select the perfect tenant.
