This is Unit 201, a corner apartment with views overlooking College Avenue. The monthly rent for Unit 201 is $2,900, with pricing increasing by floor. Comparable units on the seventh floor are priced at $3,400 per month.

We also offer an optional utilities package for $150 per person per month. The package includes electricity, WiFi, internet, water, sewer, and trash. Residents may also choose to opt out of the electricity portion and set up their own NYSEG account if preferred.
