Gross monthly income must be at least twice the rent amount
Verifiable rental history or proof of homeownership required
No prior evictions
Minimum credit score of 550 required for consideration
Applicants with credit scores under 500 will be denied
Co-signers are not accepted
Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors

Move-In Costs Include:
Non-refundable application fee of $59 per adult
Security deposit equal to one month’s rent
Monthly pet rent of $40.00 (if applicable)
