Gas heating and gas stove; electric lights and central AC. The condo association pays for the water, trash, and sewer services. Affordable and clean- it is on the bus line and conveniently located on Bethel Road, 3 miles from 315. It's a great location if you commute to downtown or campus. The office is open Monday and Friday, 9:30 to 5, and on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 12. Christine, who works in the Enclave office, would be happy to give you a set of keys to view the unit. If those days and times do not work out for you, please email us to set up a time to see it other than office hours- we would be happy to make arrangements for you to see it. You would have to take possession within three weeks from the day you turn in your application. Once approved for the unit, you do have 48 hours to meet to sign the lease agreement and pay the security deposit.
