Cully is one of Portlandуs most racially and ethnically diverse neighborhoods; it has also seen significant investment and change in the last decade, putting it at high risk for the displacement if low-income households. Mamook Taokatee is four-story podium building comprised of 56 units with a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. The building also features a large community room and art studio.
