Additional conveniences: fully furnished common areas w/ all utilities included, ample cabinet storage in kitchen & bathroom, a covered front porch, a large backyard ft. a hot/tub spa, patio space, & fire pit, & off-street parking is available in a free neighborhood parking lot & streets w/ no parking permit required. This bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. House of Subtle provides an open format, thoughtful design, high ceilings, splashes of bold colors next to exposed brick walls, mid-century touches, & art made by local & LGBTQ+ artists. First & last month's rent ($1,800) & a security deposit of $900 upon signing. Tobacco is permitted outside only. We encourage low to moderate usage of legal intoxicants. Small pets are allowed w/ a pet deposit & pet rent. We waive pet fees for official ADA-trained service animals. Pet insurance is required for all animals. We are a private landlord who offers payment plans for last month’s rent & security deposits if needed, & credit building to help boost the resident's credit score through timely rent payments.
