The Grant Street Renaissance apartments are comprised of five buildings in Turtle Creek with one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental units. All units are income-restricted, and Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are welcome.

A number of documents will need to be provided, and applications will only be processed once all required documentation is received.
